It's not Anette vs. Tarja, really. Tarja's voice suites the music no more than Anette's, but Tuomas's songs aren't as great as they were in the first albums. Once, for example, had Tarja but was still quite weak.

What people fail to understand is the fact that a singer is just another instrument in a band. It's really not different when a band changes a guitarist or whatever instrument. Toumas writes the music and he does that with the prerequisites he has in the band. Tarja was great in NW, but so is Anette. Thanks to Toumas. Can we please stop the Tarja vs Anette fight now?
