Biography

Night Fevers are on their way up. In less than 2 years the rock band has gone from playing basement dives to sold out concert halls all over the Big Apple. Since founding, the group’s philosophy has been to aim high - the debut EP, “Swear Words”, was recorded in the summer of 2009 at world famous Quad Studios and mastered by legend Gene Paul (Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones). With the talents of friend and co-producer Ido Zmishlany (Ryan Star, Gambit) Night Fevers crafted a 4-song powerhouse that has earned the excitement of fans and industry alike.

The EP serves as the perfect introduction: Top 40-worthy smash, “Way I Am” fearlessly opens the disc with Queen-esque vocal harmonies, programmed dance beats, and swaggering guitar solos. “Call Me Crazy” plays with the classic theme of wanderlust and flashes of country influences. The barn burner, indie anthem “Say Oh” is a caffeine driven cardio workout, coupled seamlessly with the most introspective lyrics on the record (skin grows thick/and these roots run deep/stretch and bursting/through the old concrete). “Aint That Close to Me” reveals a sense of humor rare in rocknroll, conveying a story of an acquaintance who’s a little bit too eager to please.

The best is yet to come. Drawing inspiration from artists like The Killers, Kanye West, and Elton John, Night Fevers are writing their highly anticipated next movement and assembling the team to release it to the masses. In the meanwhile, be sure to catch a live performance! The youthful confidence audible in the songwriting overflows on stage:
