Nigel Preston(born July 1959, London, England, died April 1, 1992), was the founder for several different bands, and also the drummer Including The Southern Death Cult and The Cult and later on was a part of Sex Gang Children,Theatre of Hate,The Gun Club and The Baby Snakes.
His biggest success, was when he recorded She Sells Sanctuary But refused to be placed on the payroll, after the song hit the charts and became a hit. He left the band soon afterward.
He died at the age of 31 of an overdose.
