Nick McDonell (*February 18, 1984 as Robert Nicolas McDonell) is an American writer, currently a senior at Harvard College. He wrote the novel Twelve in 2002, at the age of 17. The subject of the novel is drug addiction among wealthy Manhattan teenagers.
