Niccolò Paganini was born in Genoa, Italy, on 27 October 1782, to Antonio and Teresa (née Bocciardo) Paganini.   • Similar Artists like Paganini shall be " Franz Joseph Haydn, Franz Schubert, Max Bruch or Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy " ???HHHÄÄÄ???? Who decides such a nonsense? OK Sarasate and Tartini(although baroque era) is understandable. Similar artists of the time of Paganini would be Karol Lipinski,Louis Spohr,Giovanni Battista Viotti and Camillo Sivori(the only Student Paganini ever had and accepted).That would be a correct choice.
