Muhammed: "Bei einem Praxissemester in der Motorenkonstruktion bei einem namhaften süddeutschen Automobilhersteller brütete ich gerade über der technischen Zeichnung einer V6 Kurbelwelle mit 72° Kurbelwinkel und entdeckte plötzlich, dass die Zündzeitpunkte einem interessanten Rhythmus folgen. So entstand eine neue Drumlinie." Das also ist Technical Death Metal.

Yes, this is good stuff! It's a very tight production, but not in a way I dislike. I think Muhammed is a good writer, and a brilliant performer, too!

I love this album, it inspires me in composing own music because for me its nearly a musical perfection and expands my musical horizon :) You cant compare onset and epitaph because onset was recorded completely by muhammed suicmez alone and epitaph with the complete band. Both albums are great in their own way but i prefer epitaph in the aspect of just hearing without the background informations ;D grz from germany
