Native 1:
Native is an indie rock band from Northwest Indiana. They began their journey in the spring of 2007 and continue to grow and branch out to this very day. Their sound is often compared to Minus The Bear, These Arms are Snakes, and So Many Dynamos. The four piece has self released two demos in multiple pressings with and an EP in April 2008 that is now in its third pressing. The EP is titled “We Delete; Erase” and is available internationally. In their first year of existence they played over 150 shows and toured four times (three times through the Midwest and once through the east coast. In October of 2008 they’re embarking on a week long tour of Canada. In December/January they’ll be embarking on another Midwest tour and then finally touring nationally in the summer of 2009. In October of 2008 Native signed with Sargent House.
In 2009 Native wrote and recorded their first full length album titled “Wrestling Moves”, which began being released via Sargent House in October.

Saw this band in Montreal last night. I found them so be rather arrogant and rude in between songs during their set. It came across as very unprofessional. That being said they're young. Very young. Their music live was nothing less than completely inspiring. Everything was perfect. They just need to lighten up a bit.
