This is an exemplary grindcore, a real turning point in my opinion. Not Scum. Along with Carcass' debut and maybe Unseen Terror album, FETO finally defined the new formula that stood apart from earlier blast-beat driven hardcore punk, and that hundreds of later bands were going to emulate.

Classic death-grind masters. This changed the metal scene as Scum did earlier.

I'm 99% sure the singer recorded this while constipated while in the bathroom

am i the only one that feels like they found the "entombed buzzsaw, everything to 11" guitar tone before entombed did? this album just reeks of it (2)

Scum is classic. From Enslavement to Obliteration is their best.

From Enslavement will always be their best. I love the emulation to Gira's vocals by Lee Dorrian on this record.

Find myself questioning my sanity when listening to this...epic carnage nevertheless.
