They both have great soundtracks. I think he kept a lot of the influence from the PE1 ost, but tweaked PE2's just enough so that it would have it's own feel, and for me, it feels sort of like, the more modern, contemporary version on PE1, and I think it fits the game perfectly, just PE1's ost fits the first game perfectly.
