Jeff, when people cover artists work in other genres the performer gets the credit..so that's how it should be in classical as well. There's metatag data for "composer" in mp3s anyway , so the original composer can go there.

Liking classical music is actually what got me into Nodame. But still, I know a ton of people who've become interested in classical because of the anime. Sure, they probably won't know the difference between Bach and Chopin, but the fact that Nodame exposed classical music to a new audience is still great.

hmm i agree with shiroth i have always liked classical just well never had the money to go out and buy classical cds nor would i know where to start since there are just so many good classical composers out there and they made alot of music well at least it joins my love for anime and my my love for classical so i cant complain also in the anime they tells you who they are playing
