“There is no true love” say those who never searched for it. “True rock’n’roll is dead” say those who lost it. The story of the .N.E.T. band starts from fragile friendship between love and rock’n’roll, and this friendship survived through hardships of time, as the first .N.E.T.’s live performance happened in the year 2001. Since that time Dima continues to search, fuse and find new chemical components in his music, and also in the sound of musicians with whom he is destined to work.
”After many gigs and recordings with other bands and projects, such as The Wow Signal, Penny Foster, etc., where I acted as a bass player and co-composer, I decided to start once again with .N.E.T.” Dima
And now after a number of ups and downs, after some silence, it is time again to knock on Your door and say a warm “Hello!”
At the current moment the band is located in London, with new band members. Three people with contrasting backgrounds and from different parts of UK united by one idea.
The best way to be introduced to .N.E.T. is to see them play live. There will be more than enough to listen to and to look at, to remember and to discuss afterwards. If you have a chance to experience the band live, you won’t leave empty inside, as there are plenty of positive energy waves from musicians for everyone.
The début CD contains songs which will introduce you to .N.E.T. And this is just a tiny drop from all the band’s rich material. There is no point to endlessly talk about hooky guitar riffs, groovy bass lines and tight drums. It’s better to listen to them first and then decide for yourself how honest and complete is this music.
