Biography

Members of My Only Danger began playing together in the summer of 2003 shortly after long-time friends Jonathan Dimmel (drums) and Daniel Roberts (bass) met 16-year-old Joe DeLano (guitar and vocals). The trio began playing together as an all instrumental progressive rock band known as Audible Emotion; by the summer of 2005 the project had evolved into the progressive indie band now known as My Only Danger. In October of 2007, it was announced that Jonathan Dimmel would be leaving the band and would be replaced by Jesse Ramage via the band’s Myspace. They also announced that they would add rhythm guitarist Aaron Lohman. With a sound that’s anything but conventional and influences ranging from The Mars Volta and Dream Theater to Coldplay and Copeland, My Only Danger aims to provide a sound that is both innovative and fresh. If you love higher end vocals, melodic instrumental interludes, and progressive fusion, My Only Danger is the band you’ve been waiting for; if not, this Kansas City, Missouri trio hopes to change hearts with a new style and musical charm.

Melkirasha Nephilim is a masterpiece. 17 min. long and doesn't get boring for a second.
