Man, it's been twenty years since I got exposed to this for the first time and it hasn't aged a day. Their best in my book, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Definitely the best MDB album. Has anyone noticed that they reaaalllyyy took a turn for the worse lyrically after this one? I mean I still like the other albums after this, but in the lyrics department this one is light-years ahead of everything else.

I haven't been appreciating this record until now... Great atmosphere of bereavement (especially when I hear those dirge keys in "The Return of the Beautiful") and kvlt riffs . However, I don't think it's a good album to start listening MDB, I'd recommend the latter one.
