The music video for this song utilizes imagery reminiscent of a grimly interpreted “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.” This song was the first single to showcase MCR’s more theatrical approach to recording, with many tracks used in recording and Gerard’s movement in the video being quite similar to Freddie Mercury’s bravado in Queen’s grandiose stage performances.
