Jan Dismas Zelenka: Sub olea pacis et palma virtutis conspicua orbi regia Bohemiae Corona – Melodrama de Sancto Wenceslao (Under the olive tree of peace and palm tree of virtue the Crown of Bohemia splendidly shines the whole world – of Saint Wenceslas), 1723, ZWV 175

Monumental opus, composed by author to the purpose of coronation of Charles VI by the Czech king. Extensive composition of the character between melodrama, oratory and contemporary opera, celebrating the memory of the greatest Czech saint and patron of Bohemia, prince Wenceslas (Václav), one of founders of state, living cca in years 900 – 924.
