I think exactly the ambivalence of his music is what makes him so brilliant. There is a bit of hedonism, and utter sarcasm combined. Like "yeah sure, all we want to do is party.." Opening for Soulwaxx, he probably blew them away.
Is this guy serious or is this a parody? I saw him opening for soulwaxx once and was still confused to how management pulled that off, and if this fans were serious or hired.
The cd gives me laughs though. I mean come on. That synth breakdown sounds like something from an SNL skit.
