"What r u on? Gospel vocals make this tune." Well, the original "Can You Feel It," made by Larry Heard and released in 1986 on Trax Records, is an instrumental track. In Chicago, it was popular to mix the track with Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech. Such a version appeared on Jack Trax in '88 and it's pretty effing good. Be that as it may, the best-known version contains spoken-word vocals from Chuck Roberts and was first released in 1988 on Desire Records. It wasn't approved by Larry Heard. Personally, I like the instrumental just as much as the better-known vocal versions.
