the only album where the deluxe edition is REALLLY worth it... as in "the bonus disc could have been a separate album altogether".

There's a reason this record was received so warmly, next to Viva Hate it may be my personal favorite Morrissey record. The lyrics on on par, the song writing is fantastic and the production makes Moz sound at his absolute best. From the opening track (which some of you seem to criminally skip) to the final song, I remember listening to it for the first time and being quite blown away by how the flow of it. It's one of Moz's best arragements record wise.

i skip the first one, every time. It's just below bar as a song and it's just plain prejudice and stupidity in lyrics.

His last fresh album as of now. Lots of variety. He hasn't really done or said much since that we all haven't heard from him before.

I doubt it's an american thing, it's just that it's crap. Musically. The topic being clichéd and poorly handled is already a subjective matter. (Or then again, it might only seem as a cliché to me, considering what it said in the song about Estonians, haha! :)

Why skip the opening track? An American thing? I don't skip the second...
