Late 60’s early 70’s group from North Jersey (Hudson County) made up of Cuban musicians from the town of Union City who attended at one time or another Union Hill High School or Emerson High School. Band included traditional Drum, Bass, Guitar, Organ plus Brass section (saxes) and Latin Percussion. Sounds varied with similarities to Santana, Chicago, Mandril, Pink Floyd. Funk, Latin Rock, Spanish Ballads (boleros). Played many gigs in Union City, West New York, North Bergen, Elizabeth and were opening band to very well known artists (Willie Colon, etc…) Only LP was “Better Late Than Never” on Astro Records of NJ released 1972 (??) Side one was funky rock, Side two of Spanish Boleros with the exception of the last song on side 2 (funk). Great listening LP if you can get your hands on it. Only 2000 were made.
