Mohoram Atta

Hailing from the sunny Santa Cruz, CA, Mohoram Atta plays a style of metallic crust hardcore (similar to His Hero is Gone, Greyskull, Backstabbers Inc., Eyeballz, Cursed, etc.). The band is notable for their incredibly loud performances with three guitar players and in the early life of the band, two singers. The band has released a demo tape, CDR LP, 7” EP, and most recently a split LP with New Orleans’ Thou, titled “Degradation of Human Life” on Halo of Flies (US) / Feast of Tentacles (UK).

Their CDR LP, which also includes their first demo tape and an unreleased track intended for a comp can be downloaded for free at

Too fuckin bad this band called a quits. Fell Voices is good, but not anywhere as good as this. They only have the split with thou, Desolate Fuckers 7" and The Weight of Existence right? Any other bands they're connected to? Particularly the singer?

Their half of that split with Thou is seriously one of the best pieces of modern hardcore I've ever heard.
