Modulate is the hard electro/industrial project of DJ Geoff Lee. Geoff is one of the resident DJ’s at The Wendy House clubnight in Leeds, UK.
The band are signed to Metropolis Records for North America, Gravitator Records for Russia and Infacted recordings for Europe/Rest of the World.
Modulate supported VNV Nation on the Judgement 2007 Tour along with Imperative Reaction and Combichrist on the What the Fuck is Wrong with You tour in summer 2007. They recently supported Alec Empire on the UK section of the Past, Present, Future tour in May 2009 and have announced a US tour with labelmates Grendel in Fall/Autumn 2009.
The sound is aimed at the dancefloor with a battery of electronic beats, brutal synth lines and aggressive samples/vocals, mixing industrial dance with elements of noise, rave and hard techno.
