I would grab my shoes and then away I'll walk
Through all the stubborn beauty I start at the dawn
Until the sun had fully stopped

By far their best song. That slow build up to that bombastic old american frontier folk breakdown jam, the genre name of which escapes me. *pleasant shudders*

The album is fine, but this song really stands out. One of the most impressive Modest Mouse songs I've heard. It's a tremendous piece of poetry laid on an excellent piece of music.

This song definitely belongs in the discussion of modest mouse's best songs along with Teeth Like God's Shoeshine, Spitting Venom, Dramamine, TSAAPS, Stars are Projectors and Trailer Trash
