During the 2005 Sheep Music Festival in Presteigne, Powys the duo played in the acoustic tent where they charmed many present in what became one of the great missed gigs for many festival goers. Later that year they performed in Aberystwyth along side Toby Wainwright Johns, Not Jim Smith, and Those Gay Hippies in what would become a familiar line up. Audience response was enthusiastic and the girls were encored.

Milkteeth played frequent gigs throughout the spring and summer of 2006, where they sold a self-released Album entitled Making Cracks. This had been recorded in a couple of days by Jonny Scott-Wilson.

The last Milkteeth gig was on the 26th of August 2006 at The Hampton in Llandrindod. The gig was played on an acoustic guitar. By this point most of the material from the album had been superseded by songs written in the three preceding months.
