This is all my own interpretation but I feel that Little Susie is a generic & angelic name that MJ used to represent the horrific crimes against defenseless and innocent children who are neglected, physically & mentally abused. I have no idea about these stories about the true inspiration for this song (google little susie//check yahoo answers) but this is how I'm interpreting it. he reason why I believe this maybe a generic name he used is because he flips the script on the Susie name and uses it in his song, "Blood on the Dance Floor." Susie there is a predator and dangerous. She's grown up and mature. Just my take. I honestly never knew this song existed (I knew about his use of the name of Susie from Blood on the Dance Floor) because I never bought any of MJ's box sets. Though I thought I had all of MJ's songs, I was waiting for a CD of the songs that I didn't have in all these box set. I still can't justify buying it b/c I have everything else. I love MJ but, I'm broke! : /
