About This Track

“My Apocalypse” is the final track on Metallica’s ninth studio album, Death Magnetic.

It is also the forty-first single by the band. The song could be considered a look back to songs like Damage Inc. or Dyer’s Eve, being a short (5:01) and high tempo ending to an album, just like on “Master of Puppets” and “…And Justice For All”
