After 7 years of listening Catch 33 today I've realised, that album divides into 3 parts and 1 "song": 1. Autonomy Lost; Imprint of the Un-Saved; Disenchantment; The Paradoxical Spiral; Re-Inanimate; Entrapment; Mind's Mirrors (16:15) 2. In Death - Is Life; In Death - Is Death (15:24) 3. Shed (3:34) 4. Personae Non Gratae; Dehumanization; Sum (12:01)

"The voice at Mind's Mirror is similar to the later part of Sum." ROFL! It sounds so mathematical :D

it should be tagged "Catch Thirtythree", like on Meshuggah website (and also cd cover) http://www.meshuggah.net/gallery_92.html [2]

It improves alot after the "Mind's mirror" interlude, In death - is death, the least repetive and most experimental of the riffy material on Catch 33, is real awesome! Unluckily this album is not something I could listen to any sunny day, I'd have to be in a certain kind of mood. As for all meditative, or downright challenging acts. But that's not a minus :) I still prefer their more straightforward albums though!

One of the greatest albums I have ever listened to, and will probably always be one of my favorite of all time. A Masterpiece of captivating, mind-twisting, hellishly psychedelic Instrumentation and Dark, Esoteric lyrics. There are very few things in the world that move me as much as this album does.
