Album “Stand Alone” includes music composed and produced by Matias Puumala for the film “Stand Alone”. Mix of orchestra, electric guitars and synths create a dark, touching and rather brooding feel for this short-film.

“Stand Alone” tells a story about a man (Fida) who will fight against terrorism at any cost, sacrificing anything close to him and even when the only way to accomplish this is by become the very thing he was fighting against. Fida is a half Jordanian, half Finnish operative working against terrorism for the UN anti terrorism unit. Due to his Finnish roots he is sent to gather information of a new type of terrorist cell operating in Finland.

But by going deep undercover it becomes very hard for him to tell the difference between right and wrong. Does the fight against terrorism justify all the means in a world where diplomacy, objectivity and understanding seems to be disappeared?
