Once in a while a musician comes along who is just a little bit different, a little bit uncoventional, but accessible and sometimes almost mainstream.

Thats how Marks music is. You’ve kind of heard something like it before but this is so emotive, so deep and strong, yet entertaining, it defies a label. Thats because Mark is an artist that isn’t held to any style or genre

Fans of his music can always site the influences that they can hear, but this differs from song to song, but in reality anything he’s ever heard or experienced can find its way into his music. So expect influences from before he was even born to the current day.

Mark started musical life as a pianist and then a percusionist in youth orchestras, and the lush strings and orchestral arrangements survive to this day in some of his songs, yet you are just as likely to pick a song which is stripped right back to the basics of a typical rock or pop band, or even a solo instrument. His vocal style has been compared to many. Its not a trained voice, but that never stopped some of the greatest artists of our time, did it?

If you only listen to one of his songs, you are missing a journey and perhaps missing the song that speaks to you. Every song is a personal story, but written in a way that it might be yours
