Maria Vidal (born August 1, 1957) is an American singer, who had one minor hit single with the song, “Body Rock” (#48 on the Hot 100) (the theme song to the film Body Rock) in 1984; it also reached #8 on the US dance charts, and #11 in the UK.

Vidal was originally a member of the band, Desmond Child & Rouge, but went solo with a self-titled debut album recorded in 1987. The album included the single “Do Me Right” written by ex-bandmate Desmond Child.

Vidal also contributed backup vocals to the The Smithereens’ 1984 single “A Girl Like You”.

She also appeared in the 1985 Jim Carrey film, Once Bitten, as a member of a high school band and contributed two songs to the soundtrack.

She wrote the 1989 Belinda Carlisle’ hit “”Summer Rain”“. Vidal is currently married to the successful music producer/songwriter Rick Nowels.

Funny, since SHE is a female...so you'll either have 'her' albums or fuck all 'cause you're pointlessly spamming without doing the most basic of research.
