There are at least three artists that go by the name Mammal


1) Mammal is an experimental noise operation run by Gary Beauvais. Most of Mammal’s releases are on the Michigan based label Animal Disguise. http://www.animaldisguise.com/mammal/

2) Mammal were an band from Melbourne, Australia featuring Ezekiel Ox (vocals, formerly of Full Scale), Pete Williamson (guitar), Nick Adams (bass) and Zane Rosanoski (drums). They formed in 2006 and have quickly built up a strong following based on their debut self-titled EP and intense live shows. In 2007 they released their debut album “Vol 1: The Aural Underground”, which was recorded live at Melbourne’s Evelyn Hotel. In 2008 they released their first studio album, “The Majority”. In October of 2009, Mammal announced that they had split up, releasing the statement: “Due to long standing personal, political, musical and business differences, Mammal has decided it cannot continue and is no more…”

3) Formed December 1969, Wellington, New Zealand
