" I don't think this is quite correct. Adios was supposed to fulfill their obligations to Wax Trax/TVT. KMFDM is a registered trademark Sascha owns, and they just decided to ditch the MDFMK name and adopt the original name.

KMFDM broke up due to diferences between Sascha and En Esch. they still could have used the name. that wasn't the issue. the idea was to let it be dead at that time. then later realized fuck it, KMFDM is coming back. for a while with En Esch and company rumored to come back. MISSING TIME only to be found on a crappy soundtrack. But if you like MDFMK and you don't know Missing Time, YOU'RE MISSING OUT.
