Biography

Lula Queiroga name is highlighted in the scenario of Pernanbuco’s Brazilian music. Lenine partner in several songs, with whom he shared the Sharp Award for best song (A Ponte) in 1998, and made the first album, Baque Perdido in the early 80’s.

In addition to the many songs recorded by top names in MPB, Lula Queiroga is an author of graphic novels-turned musician, or rather it is a rock singer who dropped everything and was directing short films, or rather, is a director of experimental theater which is expressed through poetry, or rather it is a daily newspaper columnist whose CDs are among the more independent work and personal Pernambuco has produced - which is not little.
