Ludmilla My Side is the Soundtrack-Film music project of Bill Psarras formed in Greece in 2005.
Through the years it was evolved from an electro-ambient project (2005) to a Soundtrack-Film music project (2009) and it still goes on.Bill Psarras has been influenced by many musicians & composers and his music describes various psychological situations, thoughts, ‘transitions’ and little moments.
Main Influences:
-Yann Tiersen (Amelie, Goodbye Lenin e.t.c.)
-Kevin Moore (Chroma Key)
-Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree, No-Man e.t.c.)
-Philip Glass
-Mike Oldfield
-Danny Elfman (Tim Burton’s movies)
-Howard Shore (Lord of the Rings)
-Hans Zimmer ( Gladiator e.t.c.)
-Vangelis Papathanasiou
-as well as Classical music from the Romantic Era (1800 a.c.) and composers such as Beethoven, Strauss, Tchaikovsky e.t.c.
Discography:
Ludmilla My Side has released six (6) un-official Cd’s with film music between 2006 and 2009 and it still has a big unpublished work with miscellaneous compositions, from ambient to classical music.
Ludmilla My Side also consists the main music source in some short films, video art works and video installations of Bill Psarras.
Future:
Ludmilla My Side is interested in various collaborations with Filmmakers, Film Producers in order to compose original Soundtrack music for Fims and Documentaries.
