About this album

Lovespirals’ first full-length album fuses dream pop with nu jazz, neo-folk, and americana. Windblown Kiss seems to have stripped down the duo’s electronic elements to a minimum and built up the song structures using organic sounds that hearken back to Ryan Lum’s Love Spirals Downwards material. Vocalist, Anji Bee, brings bit of a pop sensibility and earthier, more senusal feel to Lum’s music but still retains plenty of the ethereal quality his work has long been known for. Former Projekt Records labelmate, Sean Bowley of Eden, collaborates on two tracks, contributing songwriting, guitar and vocals.
