Louis Guidone from New York started experimenting with music at 17 back in 1990 on an eclectic assortment of samplers, tape decks, effects, synths, drum machines, and so on. He now makes music on his computer.
Although music was an on again off again thing for a while… , such as during 1998-2000 while studying Commercial Photography at the Fashion Institute of Technology (from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude) things got very serious in 2006 when remixing went on the back burner (despite increasing requests for his skills) and creation of original compositions dominated the bulk of his time.
His first album “I Go On With My Life” was launched on 8/02/08 and is available on CD through his website.
He had so much fun covering some of his favorite Depeche Mode songs for the Modeified project (he contributed Photographic, Fools, and Ice Machine to Modeified 7) that he decided to make more and release his own Depeche Mode and Recoil tribute entitled “Destruction Time Again” on September 1st, 2008. The reason he chose “Photographic” is not just because of his passion for photography and the group but also because he was once approached by Some Bizzare Records.
