Dark ambient solo project formed in September 2005. At first the name was only “Kadath”, but then was changed to Lost Kadath.
The main themes are the perdition in the cosmos and in the dark spaces of the subconscious, a dream quest with no return where dreams take shape in the imagination of the lost human mind. Feelings grow slowly, trying to escape from ther cage, from the reality hidden in the illusion of everyday. Times becomes secondary, unreal, releasing echoes of an unknown dimension.
On June 2011 the self-produced album, entitled “Giving Up the Ghost”, has been released in a limited edition of 100 copies.

Some months after Lost Kadath has written an exclusive track for the compilation “Eridanus Supervoid”, digitally released by the american blogzine page Wounds of the Earth, under great names such as Nordvargr, Visions, New Risen Throne, Parhelion, Svartsinn, Psychomanteum and so on.
In 2012 joined the digital english label Kalpamantra and released an exclusive track for the compilation “Krtrima Sprha”.
In the same year Lost Kadath joined also the Jim Breedveld (known as Staalkracht) digital label Compulsive Masturbation Productions, releasing an exclusive track for the compilation “Audio Assault I”.
Lost Kadath starts the year 2013 with a brand new release, a 4-tracks EP and downloadable for free on Kalpamantra, entitled “Monochromatic Regression”.

Inspired by Lovecraft novel. Impressing, indeed.

Haunting ambient. Very nice to listen to when in a foul mood. Or for listening to when writing, for that matter...
