i'm stuck between to audycja o życiu pomiędzy znaczeniami.o wędrówce w stronę zachodzącego słońca poprzez dźwięki progresywne, chropowato-gładkie, agresywno-łagodne (czasami nawet łagodno-agresywne!), kanciasto-zaokrąglone, szybko-powolne... Serdecznie zapraszam :)

I've been trawling youtube for a while now listening to a ton of post-rock (dayne815 - great source) and this band has been one of the first to REALLY stand out. I love their sound

I still don't understand the band's name, but their label is "Lost Children", maybe there's a correlation? Anyways, I wish this band wasn't so reclusive, there are like no pictures or videos of them anywhere, just a few free studio recordings.

Their tunes are great yeah .. some sort of atmo/sludgy post-rock/metal right? Damn cool!

the name is fine, get over it :)

"...effortless switching of time signatures..." This is true. Normally I don't like beauty mixed with rhythmic experimentation because it takes away from the beauty, but this band seems to pull it off somehow.

don't like the name of their band, but the music is decent

Well.... this is like the best cc licensed music I ever heard. Beside this, it fits nice into my playlist between Mogwai and Sigur Ros. Carry Me Home is totally great!

This is some of the most amazing music ever. It's hidden behind everything, saving itself for the few people who deserve it. This is excellent.

i just discovered you lot today and listened to 'Hundred Million Angels' and seriously blew me away! its a direction on 'post rock' that really interests as the music is actually really thought about and the mix of layers within each movement of the piece has its own character and uniqueness about it. brave move going for a 20 minute track/E.P length but it works. enough of my ramblings, basically...well done :)

Finally, a post-rock band that realized it's not all about boring-ass buildups and tremolo picking. Some influences from math rock too. Best of all, it's all free ont the Lost Children netlabel.
22 Apr 2009, 6:25pm
Loss of a child is definitely a band and not a solo project. I know this as I have met the drummer before.
