I tend to categorize everything from The Visit onward in a separate category from Elemental and Parallel Dreams... this one's probably my least favorite of the "Visit-onward" group, but it's still beautiful (and does, regardless, have quite an excellent line-up). The opening quartet of songs is definitely wonderful.

A deep and dark masterpiece. Sometimes I can hardly listen to it as it seems too much to bear. It's very much concerned with everything on the inside and what you may find there. This is beyond classic, it's timeless. Eternal themes, the mask and the mirror - pretence and truth. Loreena's opus magnum and one of my favorites for all time.

This album is one of the best albums ever produced on this planet. It's pure brilliance. I love listening to it - it takes me back to 1994. Such beauty. This album shaped my life. I owe it lots. It's defintely a desert island disc. Thankyou Loreena.

Why does the song; Cé Hé Mise le Ulaingt? (The Two Trees) have so low plays? Longest track on the album but still i don t understand why...pure beauty (like everything else from Loreena Mckennitt)
