Biography

Amsterdam, Netherlands (2007 – present)

Lola Kite is a live electronica-synth-pop band formed in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2007. Influenced by mainly 80s and 60s bands Lola Kite creates a sound that can be drowny, psychedelic and poppy at the same time using synthesizers, guitars, programmed drums and live percussion.

Until 2011, Lola’s lineup consists of: Bram Vervaet, Jasper Verhulst and Keez Groenteman. In recording the second LP, Lola Kite hires producer and neo-psych Jacco Gardner for taking care of production. Both enjoy working together and they decide that Jacco will be the fourth band member.
