Biography

Little Winter is an alternative country/folk band, based in ND

Formed in 2007 by members Kris Adamson (Guitar, Vocals), Ben Adamson (Bass, Vocals), and Ryan Weisse (Guitar), Little Winter spent their first few years patiently shaping their sound, experimenting with blends of country, rock, folk, and pop, collecting songs along the way. With the addition of Calli Adamson (Keyboards, Cello, Vocals) and Amber Adamson (Drums) in 2009, the band started taking those songs to the public.

They have since shared the stage with a number of seasoned acts including, The Wooden Sky, Johnson Family Band, and Shane Maland. Since the departure of Amber Adamson in 2010, the group is frequently accompanied by drummer Bill Kezar.

They are currently recording After the Morning Fire, a self-produced full-length, to be released in the Fall of 2011.
