Biography
She came out with her first album, titled Lila in 1997. Her first single Down Came a Blackbird went to #28 country top 40 but her second single, “I Wanna Fall in Love” went to #3. The album has gone platinum. Time magazine named her “Most Successful New Artist” in the same year.
Her second album 1999’s “Something in the Air” sold more than 500,000 and was certified gold. “With You” also went to #9 on the country chart.
Her third album, “Complete” was released in 2001. She worked with a new producer, David Malloy. McCann released five singles on Broken Bow Records between 2004 and 2008, but no album.

Really good singer with good songs. Wish she would do more. I remember she came out around the same time as LeAnn Rimes and there was a little debate about who was better since they were both so young. A shame that she's forgotten.
