Dayton, Ohio, United States (2010 – present)

Like Moths to Flames is a five piece band from Dayton, Ohio, United States, getting ready to make a big start in 2010. The band started for vocalist Chris Roetter, as he was originally fronting Agraceful, however, after many issues concerning members dropping out, Like Moths to Flames was formed with four previous members of Terrafirma.

On September 15, 2010, it was revealed that their upcoming EP would be entitled “Sweet Talker” via Twitter. “Sweet Talker” was supposed to be released October 12, 2010 but was delayed because of upcoming “big news”. On October 26, 2010, another song was released from their upcoming EP called “Real Talk”. It was also officially announced that Rise Records has signed them and the new release date for the EP was December 14, 2010.

On August 31, 2011, they posted a press release via Facebook to announce that their first full-length, “When We Don’t Exist” would debut November 8, 2011. Also in the press release, they announced their drop-off of the IGNITOUR and changes to the band line-up.
