Fragile beauty. Goes on a bit long but enjoyable nonetheless. Actually reminds me of World's End Girlfriend, which is not at all what I expected.

This is definitely a pleasant surprise, nevertheless, it does ruin the flow of the album. Calling it pretentious, however, just goes to show the lack of tolerance and limited understanding of your average Radiohead fan.

I really would love to know why this makes me smile so much. Something about this song sends chills up and down my body and puts a smile on my face. It makes me happy for some reason. Why? I don't know. But it does.

Almost 9 minutes of instrumental lo-fi goodness? Yes, please.

It would be cute if it weren't verging on slaughter, OW!MY!EARS! When you mess with the equalizers so you can turn the volume up to hear the song without bleeding from the ears it's almost pleasant, and not bad. Not as many hooks... in the uh... erm... chorus as her other tracks though. That bit between the carnal screeching and the wobbly slo-mo beep-booping was the chorus right?

She had a jam session with Holy Fuck? Holy fuck! I had the urge to listen to Fuck Buttons after I listened to Day One.

I actually love this, its kind of a background story to the entire album and how she went about making it :)

Probably the finest way to end a catchy and radio-listener-friendly album. Sort of a "F*** Y** miss and mister nobody, I'm doing an experimental hardcore tune because I want to and I'm indie after all", apparently it worked based on the comments here, definitely love the track (which is actually pleasant to listen) and the album even if I'm a bit ashamed of it

This is fucking good actually, if you're into instrumentals (post-rock shoegaze, w/e). But I guess that's not exactly her fanbase. [2] this, let her experiment.

I actually quite like this now. Still my least favourite on Siberia but totally grew on me. I'd like to see more of this side of LIGHTS and see what she can do.

I actually find this song fits the album quite nicely. It makes perfect sense if you know the story behind it. It's her first jam session with Holy Fuck (hence being titled "Day One") and helped inspire the sound she wanted for the rest of the album. And, it's actually kinda nice; long, but nice.
