Lifelover are a depressive rock band hailing from Stockholm, Sweden. Their lyrics are mainly focused on everyday misery, love, drugs, insanity and hate, with elements of sarcasm and irony.

The members call themselves ( ), B, 1853, Fix, H. and S. The band was formed in June 2005 by B and ( ). A promo MC was recorded June 2005, but was never released. In early 2006, 1853 and LR joined the band.

Their debut Pulver was released by GoatowaRex in July 2006. During 2007, H. also joined the band and the second album Erotik was released by Total Holocaust Records in February 2007. In April 2008, LR left the band and in June to focus on making movies, Fix and S joined. The band performed their first live-show at Harry B James in Stockholm, september 28, 2008.
Lifelover completed the work on their third album in June 2008, which is called Konkurs and it was released October 10th, 2008 on Avantgarde Music.

In April 2009, Lifelover announced that they were working on material for an MCD/EP entitled Dekadens, and one month later it was revealed that 1853 and S left the band due to ‘personal reasons’.

Dekadens is set to be released on September 28th, 2009.
