12 Feb 2011, 17:26 by Erkan-YilmazI'll list here the compatibility with users before "being friends" with them.
In case you wonder: this is personal research. I could imagine that it can help me answer questions like:
- In what ways does our taste differ or gets closer after 1 year?
- Do you know when you can celebrate an anniversary with your friends?

6 May 2010, 22:27 by ayuvolutionFirst, make a list of your top-20 artists overall. Then, for each of these artists, add the 8 most similar artists to your list. Delete any duplicates, count up the number of entries on your list and this will give you some idea of how eclectic your listening habits are. A score of 9 represents an extremely unvaried musical taste while a 160 represents an extremely varied one.

7 Aug 2007, 10:51 by BoldraTwo new cds from Amazon arrived, both music I discovered by listening to the world music tag radio;
Chinese Traditional Erhu Music and
The Radio Tisdas Sessions.
Lei Qiang made it into the computer first, and he hasn't let Tinariwen have a chance yet. If you've heard the sample on last.fm, Picking Flowers (and you will have if you've checked out my playlist), then you have a good idea what this album is like. What is amazing is how varied the music all is. The Erhu dominates every song, but the melodies can be lonely, adventurous or festive, and they are accompanied by other interesting instruments that I can hear but not quite visualise.
I think the thing that attracts me to the music so much at the moment is the images it conjures for me of ancient China. Episodes of Monkey magic, The Chinese Gardens in Sydney, or maybe the Tiger Balm Gardens in Singapore. I have to admit I'm a little afraid that by listening to this music so out of context, some of these strong impressions will be diluted.
5 Jun 2006, 17:50 by rubyyotI am looking for Asian Classical or Traditional Music on Last.fm I have found Tan Dun, Traditional Sound of Japan, Traditional Sound of China, Seoul Ensemble Of Traditional Music, Liu Fang, Ensemble Nipponia, Kodo, Ayako Lister, China Zhejiang Traditional Philhamonic Orchestra, Lei Qiang.
Does anyone have any futher sugggestions?
Thanks in advance.
