Twenty nine years old trumpeter Julio Padrón is widely recognized in Havana as one of the most promising jazz musicians coming out of Cuba. Julio Padrón has been a member for the last four years of Irakere the Cuban jazz band led by Chucho Valdés. While continuing his association with the famous band, Julio is developing his own repertoire and assembling his own group.
Formed in 1995 by Jessica Valiente, Anna Milat-Meyer and Yasuyo Kimura, the group brings together some of today’s finest Latin musicians. Collectively, the band’s resume reads like a who’s-who of New York’s jazz and Latin music scene.
Hector Martignon has performed, recorded, composed, produced, and arranged music in myriad styles and genres for his own projects and for top musicians around the world. Hector Martignon has a varied background of musical genres and plays both classical music as well as jazz. He is on the faculty of Lucy Moses School of Music and the Special Music School at the renowned Kaufman Center, NYC
Latin Jazz Guitarist, Dave Percell, is definitely in a league of his own when it comes to stroking the Nylon Strings. His vibrant and high energy guitar licks have "wowed" all that have heard him play, including long time jazz industry musicians. He holds nothing back as he delivers a brilliant mixture of Latin Flamenco rythms and Jazz fusion elements.
