So Fell Autumn Rain (5:20)
From Forever Autumn and 3 other releases
Lake of Tears, Forever Autumn Track 1 1999 (written by Daniel Brennare, arranged by Ulf Wahlberg)
Interpretation by Terry Wilson (Featherwing Love)
The singer finds himself easily falling into sin under favorable conditions, the second verse describes some sort of affair that denies him the ability to dream (compare Cascada: Dream on Dreamer which opens, “The Autumn Rain is falling down…”) The autumn rain and his suffering under it somehow releases him from his curse.
Could this song also be about Featherwing Love’s plane crash and the two survivors, presumed dead by the world, who secretly raise a family of angel-like featherwing beings?

Leaving with twilight though I was chosenTo wander the way in the darkest of nightsOh in the summer sun how soon I came to strayA true damnation when I turned away
