Klustermus saapuu kaupunkiin (Klustermus arrives in the City)
Here we go again, the giant of underground rock events in the Western Finland, Klustermus ry. arrived again to honour our humble cultural center by it's presence. We had a few problems first, and we were forced to "rewrite our schedule". So, the happening was delayed. But, as we were ready to begin, all was fine and went well. Härkä-äiti (Bull-Mother) was the opening act of the show and their performance was -once again- of top quality. An very enjoyable show, nothing less. Though we had some technical problems during their performance, the audience liked it anyways. A very lovely live-band they are. It's maybe not enough to praise them as "the best live band in all Finland", but that's the best I can. The second act was also one of my favorites, a band, whose live-performance just must be loved; Itkevä tyttö (The Weeping Girl). The boys didn't fail me nor the audience. …

    Nuva-klubi'06 (Nuva Club'06)
It was again good to come to this event organized by the Young People's Council, as they got this bright idea of inviting Maj Karma to perform after a year long break. We arrived with my girlfriend during the warm-up act Dead Patients, in where the guitarist of my own (now ex-)project once played. As the warm-up act of the Nuva Club in 2004 was striptease, I bet this was porn then. Without vocals. Without any quality.. except Juuso's heart-boxers of course xD. The main act itself was better. I got to the front row to rip the trousers of Mr. Ylppö. He had a beautiful coat. This time they played even more of the classics and a few new songs, but not THAT drum solo ;___;... otherwise a good concert. Very. Karma is never band. They didn't play Romanssi (Romance) this time. It was a loss, but what can I do? A good gig anyways. A good head-start for the year 2006.

I missed yesterday. Let's say I was busy. I'm sort of starting to get tired of this thing already but nah, what I started I will go on with. Today's one is even something almost sensible, I get to answer questions myself! (and tag. because that's like half of the survey phenomenon, isn't it?)

    1. What are you listening to right now?

    2. What song makes you sad?
Anything could. For some reason, Anberlin often does XD Maybe because the lyrics are the "insert your name here and this will be the tragic story of your life" type. say what you will, say all that you can, words have no meaning when I've seen where you've been.......... Yeah.

I filled 30 000 tracks yesterday or the day before or something like that so this is a good time to list my tops so I can compare later, and since L'Arc~en~Ciel still hangs at #6 without any logical reason, I'm going to make this top eleven instead of ten. I tried to tell something about each but I had nothing so you get only tags now.

    Artists: (plays)
    1. Depeche Mode (4106)
    2. Placebo (2960)
    3. THE ALFEE (2398)

A Song to Say Goodbye is very Placebo.
I can't really say anything else now. I could spend the night swelling in this.

I hate new singles because I always feel like I can't properly form an opinion of them. I feel like I'm waiting something especially from them, which I of course probably am, it isn't as free and voluntary and natural as with songs from before.

And I feel like all bands are expected to get worse in their new production so you need to be extra critical with it. I was even hesitant about Lady Escape's EP when I found out about it (a few months late) and I've heard like four songs by them. Well I listened to the two new songs you can download, Marry Me in Cuba is good, about Get Fired I don't know, it wasn't as catching.
