    I do have a connection with this song because recently I visited my sister in Maryland. There was an old church being rebuilt again. It was a unsegregated church. My sister's a pastor and we helped paint the church in this outreach. By the time us and the other volunteers were finished, we came back the next day for their first service and I felt like everyone was happy. ---- I myself am not sure if I am christian. My dad left our church in our place, in Washington, because our church abandoned this project on building a new church, collected our money and the rest of the members who donated, for something else entirely. That church will soon be like the church described in this song, but no-one's going to try and fix it because it's never been finished.
