La Düsseldorf was a krautrock band from Düsseldorf, Germany, consisting of onetime Kraftwerk drummer and Neu! multi-instrumentalist Klaus Dinger and occasional Neu! collaborators Thomas Dinger and Hans Lampe.

  • @RussellChap "Even" Harmonia? That implies some sort of inferiority on Harmonia's behalf compared to Neu!. While I wouldn't argue Harmonia is "better" than Neu!, I would without hesitation say Harmonia (in particular the Musik von Harmonia album) is on par with Neu!.

  • David Bowie was right, "the soundtrack of the eighties". Except it was recorded and released in the 70's. Just a little introduction to how ahead of his time was Klaus Dinger. The first album sounds like an extension of the second side of Neu! '75.
